The Cool Crowd

An in-house restaurant, coffee bar, terraces and programmable standing desks are just a few  of the features  that earned  Milbank a shout-out  in the Coolest Amenities category of Crain's just-released Cool Places to Work poll. Meanwhile, fellow 55 Hudson Yards tenant (and law firm)  Cooley was similarly honored in the New Construction category with its sleek five-floor fit out and array of technological advances, including acoustic control over ambient noise and walk-up conference room reservation system.  We're proud  to have them both here with us.
